Mechanical
Site Foreman
As
a member of our Building Services Team you will be responsible for
the on site management of the Mechanical Services installation for
a number of individual projects and liaise closely with the project
engineer and contracts manager.
As
a candidate for this position, you should have been operating a similar
position for the last 5 years.
You must have first class knowledge of
mechanical services, with proven experience in all aspects of site
management including material ordering and labour resources. The ability
to programme
works and operate a safe working environment is essential to this role.
As
well as proving suitable qualifications for the position, any successful
candidate must be able to demonstrate the following:-
- Represent
the company professionally in all aspects of the role.
- Work with minimal
instruction from team members
- Ability to understand
the design of building services.
- Ability to communicate
with team members.
- The ability to
work within a project team.
- The ability to
work without supervision and to tight timescales.
- The ability to
manage resource levels.
- An understanding
of electrical services and the ability to co-ordinate installations.
